At New Media we love a challenge!

The Covid lockdown required nearly everyone to think about ways that could keep business turning over while operating under greatly changed 'pandemic' conditions. They were urgent & difficult conditions where we all had to isolate, trade at arms length, change from using premises and some even turning to mobile business. Nearly everyone altered business practices to keep staff working somehow, the internet went crazy and everything else pretty well died!
Re-inventing a business was difficult enough but being able to effectively reach the public became critical as a business still must be able to contact the public to make sales! Many found themselves unable to effectively engage with the media to put out their crucial new message to the market. Many were not prepared and we realised if people couldn't communicate then nothing happened. L
et's hope there is no next time for a pandemic, but we must make sales offers and make a profit and we are still trading in 'difficult times' right now so at newmedia.nz our goal is to be well positioned to help promote business in the south under any circumstances

(including a lockdown)AND make a profit.

Mainstream media can be quite expensive and unless there is volume sales potential it can be quite hard to make a profit at all! Relying on the internet on it's own is not the answer, nor is the use of print media, but RADIO certainly does get into the mind of the habitual and targetable listener and can point them to the Internet connection to do the business quite easily!
RADIO & INTERNET TOGETHER IS THE ANSWER,  IT'S IN YOUR HOME AND IT'S IN YOUR PHONE
so the rest is do-able with the right campaigns, that's where we can help because we like to work using both RADIO & INTERNET together to provide not just the message but also the online sales platform to actually transact the offer.

Working on the principle that there is safety in numbers, no one should have to spend very much at all as long as the costs can be spread across multiple businesses. We have found ways to make powerful media inexpensive by combining the absolute power of demographically targetable radio with the cheapness of Internet coverage and supporting that with local production of radio & Internet content as required, cost effectively promoting your offers and retaining profit margin even with lower volume sales.

We strive to grow our southern reach step by step to enable you to make targeted offers in Otago and Southland as needed

depending on where the bulk of the customers you need actually live. Those customers will do the business with you if you make it easy for them to do so and they won't forget you because we won't let them!

We would be delighted if you should decide to join our southern team as a customer or a colleague, it costs nothing to talk with us,
